Common questions
How much does it cost?
Every project has a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start, so there are no surprises. The first 30-minute conversation is free.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We set everything up and show you and your team how to use it, in plain language.
Will I have to change the programs I use?
Usually not. We build on what you already have: Excel, Gmail or Outlook, Viber, your e-shop or accounting software. If something cannot be connected, you will know from the first conversation.
Is my business too small for this?
No. We work mainly with offices and businesses of a few people, where every hour counts. One automation that saves a few hours a week is often enough to make a difference.
How long does it take?
A first automation is usually ready in four to six weeks. Simpler tasks are done sooner.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays in your own accounts and tools wherever possible, and we only access what the automation needs. We work in line with the GDPR.
What if something stops working?
With monthly support we monitor the automation and fix what is needed, so it keeps working when something changes, for example a new invoice format.
